
You want to get moving towards getting fit, but don't know where to start. Or you know how to get started, you just can't seem to finish. In addition, it's not great for your fitness goals to do the same exercise program month after month.
While my personal training clients experience changes to their program automatically at appropriate stages of their progression, I have opened up a new option for those who need expert guidance, but may not have the time or money to be able to take advantage of regular personal training throughout the year.
This entails me going with you to your gym (if the gym will allow), and designing a workout that you can perform solo or with a workout partner.
You can do this once, twice or as many times during the year as you would like, but I recommend at least quarterly.
This service has a flat rate of $250 as well as per subsequent maintenance session (includes expert program design and 1 hour instruction).
