When considering my services, know that the personal training is the all-inclusive option. From program design, to teaching you nutrition, to supervised workouts, weight training, facilitated stretching, food log monitoring...it's all included...
...and very effective.
There are 3 options available, based on how much time and/or money you're willing to spend toward your goals.
1. I design your program, teach you nutrition and we meet 1 time per week at your reserved time, where I supervise your workout, check your meal-log, facilitate a stretch and answer any questions.
$400/month
2. I design your program, teach you nutrition and we meet 2 times per week at your reserved time, where I supervise your workout, check your meal-log, facilitate a stretch and answer any questions.
$600/month
3. I design your program, teach you nutrition and we meet 3 times per week at your reserved time, where I supervise your workout, check your meal-log, facilitate a stretch and answer any questions.
$800/month
