Facilitated stretching

Flexibility is the athlete's most under-rated attribute, and is usually the athlete's weak point. This leads to muted performance and increased risk of injury. While athletes are trained to stretch themselves as well, the facilitated stretching is where I do all the work and the athlete's job is to lay still on the floor-mat and breathe. This results in a very effective stretch for the athlete and a marked increase in the athlete's sense of well-being.

These facilitated stretches come in 15 and 30 minute versions and can be scheduled like one would schedule a massage or chiropractor adjustment.

15 minutes: $30

30 minutes: $60

A "delivered" version of these two options exists as well, meaning; I'll come to you and facilitate the stretch. For this option, just add $100 to the original price of the stretch.
